International Farm Camp & Communal Building, Tiptree The well-known producer of 'Tiptree Jams' - Wilkin and Sons Limited, is seeking to boost its fruit growing operation as part of its overall business plan to consolidate and expand the company over the next 20 years. It is reliant on the International Farm Camp to supply fruit pickers and planning permission has been obtained to increase and improve the amount of accommodation available on the site. Permission has also been obtained for a new communal building to replace the existing ageing structures.

A publicity and consultation exercise is to be carried out by Wilkin and Sons Limited in July this year in respect of proposals prepared by the practice for a new factory and the enabling residential development.
